A European summit for skeletal dysplasia organisations is set to take place, bringing together political and medical institutions, alongside experts from a wide range of fields.
ERN BOND will be represented at the event by Susana Noval, the ERN BOND ePAG representative, who will give a presentation outlining what reference networks are, how they operate, their organisational structure, and the benefits they secure for the skeletal dysplasia community.
The summit will also address discrimination by establishing a European advisory committee and holding training sessions led by human rights and disability experts.
The European Skeletal Dysplasia Alliance will also be presented during the event.
